At WCC all official contact with news media representatives, shall be initiated and coordinated, and/or approved by the Director Communication and Marketing and Public Information Officer.The Public Information Officer and/or designee will serve as official spokesperson in all matters pertaining to media contact. All communication with government officials must go through the Office of the President and if necessary the Public Information Office.
