1. Apply to WCC at https://apply.ctc.edu/user

   Here is a guide to completing the application.

2. Apply for Financial Aid
   • Create an account and username (FSA ID)
   • Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) Form

Please note: If you are applying to start at WCC in spring or summer 2024, you will complete the 2023-24 FAFSA. If you are applying to start at WCC in Fall 2024 or later, you will complete the 2024-25 FAFSA. If you are not a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, you can complete the Washington Application for State Financial Aid (WASFA) instead of the FAFSA.

1. CTCLink: your CTCLink ID number will be included in your acceptance email from WCC. Use this guide or watch this video for help with activating your CTCLink account.
2. MyWCC Student Network Account: check your email from studenthelpdesk@whatcom.edu with a link to set up your student network account.

Refer to this guide for instructions on how to search for and enroll in a class in CTCLink. Please activate your network accounts and complete math and English placement before meeting your Advisor.

Visit the front desk of the Learning Commons Building. Your Orca Student ID card will be available to print one hour after you have registered for classes. Be sure to bring a government form of photo ID! 

In-Person: visit the Cashier’s window in the Laidlaw Center.

Online: login to ctcLink, select Financials, select What I Owe, and then select Make a Payment.
