Parking:

Main parking is on the Orca Field side of campus in the blue and green parking areas near the soccer field. NO event parking near the Pavilion.

There is accessible parking near the entrance to the field. 

For the Graduate:

Graduates with mobility issues and other ADA needs should contact the ADS office at ADS@whatcom.edu or (360) 383-3139. Please contact us early so we have time to meet your needs. 

We want your belonging to be safe. Consider leaving your personal items with your family, in your car, or use our Checked Bag Room near the check- tables. WCC campus Safety and Security Team will have a Check Bag Room for you to leave purses, backpacks and other small personal bag. 

Please wear footwear appropriate for the grass. High heels may get stuck, causing injury and slowing down the commencement procession. 

Schedule:

• Check-in starts at 4:45 pm
• Line-up is at 6:00 pm
• Ceremony starts at 6:30 pm

For Family and Friends:

Guest seating area opens at 5pm. There is accessible seating available near the bleachers and on the left side of the field in the family area. All seating is on a first come basis. There are ushers to assist with finding open seats.

This is an outdoor event on the Orca field, please plan for changing weather and wear appropriate footwear.

As a courtesy to others, we ask that you do not bring the following items:

• Balloons
• Signs 
• Air horns
• Dogs

 You will be asked to return these items to your car.
