As of October 1, 2022, the 2023-2024 FAFSA/WASFA is now open!
Use 2021 tax information for the 2023 - 2024 application.
Students will submit either a FAFSA or WASFA depending on eligibility - only one!
- FAFSA stands for Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
- WASFA stands for Washington Application for State Financial Aid.
- You can determine your eligibility with this confidential questionnaire.
Applying for financial aid is free. Both the FAFSA and WASFA are free.
- The 2023 - 2024 FAFSA/WASFA covers fall quarter 2023 through summer quarter 2024.
