Former students who were enrolled in classes before 2015:

 Please submit the Unofficial Transcript Request form to request your unofficial transcript. Requests will be processed between 1-3 business days and will be sent to the email address you provide in the request form.

Official transcripts are sealed documents that are used for certification of earned credits and degrees.

For hard copy transcripts: Once a student opens their sealed transcript, it becomes unofficial. Official transcripts should only be opened by a student if it was ordered for personal use. Students should not open sealed transcripts if the transcript was ordered by request from a third party organization (such as another college, university, or employer etc.).

If for any reason you are not able to locate your student ID or ctcLink ID number, you can enter "NA" for the student ID question in Parchment. Please be sure to answer all other questions so we can locate your record.

Otherwise, email records@whatcom.edu a copy of your photo ID and your request for your student ID or ctcLink ID number. If the name on your ID does not match your record at WCC, please be sure to include the name you applied to the college with.

Transcript orders typically process within 3 to 5 business days. You also have the option to wait to have your transcript sent after your grades are posted or after your degree is posted.

Yes, you can order your transcript to be sent internationally by mail. However, we recommend you order your transcript to be sent electronically, due to potential mailing services issues in certain countries. If you must order your transcript to be sent internationally by mail, we recommend paying for the FedEx tracking service.
