If you are taking WCC online courses from outside Washington state and you are not able to resolve your issue using WCC's student complaint process, the next step is to contact the Washington Student Achievement Council (WSAC). The Washington Student Achievement Council has authority to investigate student complaints against specific schools. WSAC may not be able to investigate every student complaint. Visit the student complaint process page on the WSAC website (https://www.wsac.wa.gov/student-complaints) for information regarding the WSAC complaint process.
