Building a Sense of Belonging

All WCC students are invited and encouraged to participate in this year's Students Leading Change Conference on May 11, 2024! 

About the Conference: Students Leading Change is an annual conference dedicated to inspiring and equipping student leaders to create positive change in their communities and beyond. This year's theme is "Building a Sense of Belonging" and will include a keynote speaker, workshops, and networking opportunities for all those looking to gain or improve upon their understanding and skills. 

There are two different ways to get involved; as an Attendee or as a Volunteer.

Volunteer Responsibilities: As a volunteer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the conference. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with event setup
  • Checking in attendees and providing information
  • Supporting workshop presenters and speakers
  • Facilitating networking activities
  • Helping with cleanup and teardown
