Terril enjoys teaching Pilates to help her students facilitate self-awareness and learn better movement habits for injury prevention and longevity in sport, recreation and daily life.
For 18 years, she performed as a professional aerial artist and walked on 3-foot-high peg stilts. Over the last decade Terril has taught various forms of fitness including Aerial Silks, Hammock, Yoga Trapeze®, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Group Centergy®, Singing Aqua Arthritis and Pilates Suspension Method.
Terril is a graduate of Balanced Body University’s Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program and a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. She is also a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga teacher RYT200, Advanced Certified Pilates Suspension Method Instructor and an American Bone Health level 2 Peer Educator.
Terril loves to spend quality time with her husband and their adorable chiweenie dog.
