WCC offers classes in studio art and art history. These classes contribute to a strong visual arts foundation, whether your goal is to enter WCC's Visual Communications program, study art at a university, or explore a personal interest.

For studio classes, you can choose design or drawing, or take classes in a range of media including painting, printmaking, ceramics, sculpture and mixed media.

Classes take place in a drawing and painting studio with easels, a printmaking lab, a multi-purpose art lab, and a ceramics studio with throwing wheels and electric and gas-fired kilns.

Earn a transfer degree and prepare for a university major in visual art.
