Whatcom's finance program offers an associate of applied science (AAS) degree and several short-term certificates of proficiency in finance specialties.

Certificates of proficiency are primarily intended for workers with prior education or experience who want to hone their skills in a specialty area and/or to advance to higher level positions. The coursework may also be applied toward an associate of applied science degree in finance or business.

If your plan is to study finance at a university, you should complete the associate in business (DTA/MRP) degree.

Costs

The costs for Washington State residents enrolled full-time in the finance program average approximately $2,060 per quarter, including tuition, books, fees, and supplies.
