Early childhood education at Whatcom

Are you interested in learning how children develop at different ages? Whatcom's early childhood education (ECE) program provides a strong foundation in education and the opportunity to start work in the field after just a few classes, as well as a flexible course schedule that accommodates working students. State-approved certificates allow you to earn progressive credentials as you work toward a full two-year associate degree, if desired, or to specialize in a key area of interest. All ECE certificates and the AAS degree align with progression on the Washington State Early Achievers ratings.
